English version
This AI Content and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A Compliance Statement explains the nature and origin of adult visual material made available through Aefia at https://aefia.com. Aefia is an adults-only AI companion and entertainment service built around pre-created synthetic fictional adult AI Characters. All public character identities, images, animations, and videos are created, selected, and curated in advance by the Operator. Users can submit private text messages only; they cannot upload files or media, publish public content, create public AI Characters, or generate images or videos through the current Service. No actual human performer is photographed, filmed, scanned, motion-captured, recorded, or directed for the production of Aefia's public adult character media, and identity-specific source media of an identifiable real person is not intentionally used to create an explicit Aefia character. Aefia does not maintain a persistent server-side chat archive or an administrative chat viewer, and the Operator does not access or manually review ordinary private chats. Chat text becomes visible to the Operator only if a User voluntarily copies and submits it through an official text-only form or correspondence channel. This Statement describes the current factual production model and the Operator's fact-specific compliance position. It is not a certification filed under 18 U.S.C. § 2257A(h), does not invent performer records, does not claim that fictional characters possess government identification, does not constitute a government or court determination, does not guarantee acceptance by an advertising or payment partner, and does not claim a broader exemption than the facts and law support.
1. Purpose, scope, and current service model
1.1. This Statement applies to public AI Character profiles, names, biographies, stories, character images, animations, videos, previews, Service-controlled promotional media, and other adult visual material made available through Aefia (the “Service”).
1.2. The Service provides private text-only interaction with pre-created fictional adult AI Characters and access to Operator-created synthetic character media. It is not a service featuring real models, real performers, webcam performers, escorts, public creator accounts, user-uploaded adult galleries, user-created public characters, user-requested image or video generation, or third-party performer submissions.
1.3. All public AI Character identities, names, biographies, personalities, stories, visual direction, images, animations, and videos are created, selected, and curated in advance by the Operator specifically for Aefia. Users select those pre-created characters and communicate with them only through private text chat.
1.4. This Statement addresses the current factual model as of the Last updated date. It must be reviewed before any material change involving an actual human performer, identity-specific real-person source media, file or media uploads, user-requested image or video generation, public character creation, performer onboarding, creator accounts, or another feature that could change the legal analysis.
1.5. Nothing in this Statement permits content involving minors, age-ambiguous persons, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, unlawful deepfakes, infringement, exploitation, or content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use or applicable law.
- Service category: Adults-only AI companion and entertainment service featuring pre-created fictional adult AI Characters.
- Public visual-content model: Synthetic character images, animations, videos, previews, and promotional material created and curated by the Operator.
- Actual human performers: None. No actual person performs the depicted actual or simulated sexual conduct for Aefia's public character media.
- Public user-uploaded adult media: Not offered. Users cannot upload or publish images, videos, galleries, performer profiles, or other public media.
- User image or video generation: Not offered. Users cannot generate, upload, edit, or publish images or videos through the current Service.
- Private chat-history storage: Persistent conversation history is stored only in the User's browser. Aefia does not maintain a persistent server-side copy or administrative chat viewer and cannot retrieve, reconstruct, or restore locally deleted history.
- Compliance contact: /feedback
2. Synthetic fictional content and production
Aefia's public adult character media consists of fictional digital creations, not photographs, films, scans, motion captures, or recordings of human performers. No actual human body, face, voice, sexual performance, or real-world identity is intentionally captured or used as the performer portrayed in that media.
2.1. Character media is created and curated by the Operator through generative artificial intelligence, original prompts, digital composition, image-processing software, manual selection, editing, enhancement, sequencing, upscaling, color correction, animation, and other digital production techniques.
2.2. The apparent face, body, pose, clothing, environment, voice-like presentation where used, and depicted conduct of an AI Character are generated or digitally constructed as elements of a fictional work. No actual person is asked, directed, recorded, or captured while engaging in the depicted actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
2.3. Aefia's public character media is not created by filming, photographing, scanning, motion-capturing, face-swapping, undressing, voice-cloning, or otherwise transforming identity-specific source media of an identifiable real person into the depicted adult character.
2.4. The Operator does not intentionally provide or use identity-specific photographs, videos, face scans, body scans, voice recordings, or other personal source media of an identifiable real person for the purpose of generating or modifying an explicit depiction of that person.
2.5. AI Characters are not legal persons and do not possess passports, government identification, legal names, dates of birth, performer aliases, model releases, consent forms, or real-person identity records. An adult age assigned to a character is a fictional content classification, not a claim that a digital persona possesses an identity document.
2.6. The legal protectability of an individual AI-generated element may vary by jurisdiction. That copyright question is separate from whether an actual human performer participated in the production of the depicted scene.
2.7. This Statement concerns the source material and production process selected and controlled by the Operator for Aefia's published character media. It does not make unsupported representations about every item that may have been included in the training data of a third-party general-purpose generative model.
- Synthetic creation: The published visual depiction is generated or digitally constructed rather than captured from an actual human sexual performance.
- Fictional identity: Character names, biographies, personalities, relationships, and stated ages are fictional.
- No performer transaction: No human performer is recruited, hired, paid, directed, coerced, photographed, filmed, scanned, motion-captured, or recorded to create the depicted conduct.
- No real-world availability: AI Characters are not real models, employees, escorts, webcam performers, or persons available for offline contact.
- Third-party technical components: Software, fonts, libraries, infrastructure, and advertisements may be supplied under separate third-party terms; their presence does not turn a fictional AI Character into a real performer.
3. Adult-character and child-safety standards
3.1. The Service is restricted to Users who are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of legal majority, satisfy any higher local age requirement for adult content, and may lawfully access the Service.
3.2. Every AI Character displayed in a romantic, nude, fetish, or sexual context is created and presented as a fictional adult who is at least 18 years old and is intended to appear clearly adult.
3.3. A written adult-age label does not override contradictory visual, narrative, relational, or behavioral cues. Material is not acceptable where a character appears, behaves, is described, or is framed as a child, adolescent, schoolchild, dependent minor, or age-ambiguous person.
3.4. Synthetic or computer-generated origin is not treated as permission to depict minors. Content is prohibited if it depicts an actual minor; appears to depict, is indistinguishable from, or has been modified to depict an identifiable minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct; sexualizes a fictional or age-ambiguous minor; or otherwise violates applicable child-protection law.
- No actual, fictional, illustrated, animated, roleplayed, or AI-generated sexual depiction of a minor.
- No loli, shota, childlike, prepubescent, school-age, age-regression, or age-ambiguous sexual presentation.
- No romantic or sexual content involving a person whose age is unknown, disputed, concealed, inconsistent, or insufficiently clear.
- No sexualization of childhood, infancy, puberty, guardianship, adoption, foster care, parent-child roles, dependency, or another minor-coded relationship.
- No attempt to make an adult character appear younger, smaller, less developed, childlike, or otherwise visually or contextually underage.
- No use of misspelling, coded language, translation, fictional-law claims, time travel, reincarnation, fantasy species, or another device to evade child-safety controls.
- No publication of material that the Operator reasonably believes may sexualize a minor or a person who does not clearly appear adult.
3.5. Child-safety uncertainty is resolved in favor of protection. The Operator may refuse, restrict, remove, or review public material whenever adult status cannot be established with sufficient confidence.
3.6. Detailed age, consent, prohibited-content, moderation, and enforcement rules are contained in the Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use.
4. Position under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A
The Operator does not create or claim to possess passports, age-verification documents, performer aliases, model releases, or a statutory records-custodian address for fictional AI Characters. Creating such records would falsely imply that an actual human performer participated.
4.1. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 applies to specified matter containing visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct and expressly addresses digital or computer-manipulated images of an actual human being. It requires covered producers to create and maintain individually identifiable records for every performer portrayed. Section 2257A applies to specified matter containing visual depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct, including digitally or computer-manipulated images of an actual human being, and likewise requires records for every performer where the statute applies.
4.2. Aefia's current public adult character media does not portray an actual human performer participating in the depicted conduct and is not produced by digitally manipulating an image of an actual human performer into the depicted character. Under that factual synthetic-only model, there is no actual performer for whom Aefia could create the performer identity and age records contemplated by §§ 2257–2257A.
4.3. The Operator's position is therefore that the performer-recordkeeping, inspection, and records-location statement requirements of §§ 2257–2257A do not apply to the genuinely synthetic fictional material described in this Statement, because that material portrays no actual human performer and is not created from identity-specific source media of an actual performer. This is a fact-specific legal and compliance position, not a government determination and not a claim that every AI-assisted, digitally edited, animated, or computer-manipulated work falls outside those statutes.
4.4. A digital, AI-assisted, animated, edited, or computer-manipulated file may require a different analysis where it depicts an actual human being, derives from identity-specific source media of an actual performer, or otherwise involves an actual performer. The Operator therefore evaluates the actual source and production method rather than relying only on an “AI-generated” label.
4.5. This Statement does not extend to advertisements, linked destinations, independent third-party material, material not controlled by the Operator, future features, or any item whose factual origin differs from the synthetic-only production model described here.
4.6. If Aefia ever introduces visual material involving an actual human performer or identity-specific real-person source media, that material must not be published until the Operator has separately evaluated and implemented every applicable identity, age, consent, recordkeeping, inspection, labeling, privacy, intellectual-property, employment, payment, and local adult-content requirement.
4.7. The absence of performer records for current fictional AI Characters is not a substitute for child-safety, obscenity, intellectual-property, privacy, publicity-rights, advertising, or other legal compliance. Those requirements remain independently applicable.
- Current records custodian: Not applicable to Aefia's current synthetic-only public character media because no actual human performer is portrayed as participating in the depicted conduct.
- Performer identity documents: No performer identity documents exist for fictional AI Characters, and none are represented as existing.
- Performer releases: No performer release is created for an AI Character because no human performer participates in the production.
- Scope limitation: This position applies only while every material factual statement in this document remains accurate.
- No child-content exception: Nothing in this Section permits any depiction involving a minor, an identifiable minor, or a character who appears underage or age-ambiguous.
- Not a § 2257A(h) certification: This public Statement is not a certification filed with the Attorney General and does not claim the certification-based exemption applicable to qualifying producers using actual performers.
- No government approval claim: Publication of this Statement does not represent that the Department of Justice, a court, TrafficStars, or another third party has approved or certified Aefia's factual or legal position.
4.8. This page is a public factual compliance statement. It is not a certification submitted to the Attorney General under 18 U.S.C. § 2257A(h), does not claim the statutory certification exemption available to qualifying producers using actual performers, and must not be represented as such.
5. Private text chat and local browser storage
Conversation history visible to a User is stored only in that User's browser. Aefia does not save it as a persistent server-side message archive, provides no administrative interface for opening ordinary private conversations, does not access or manually review ordinary private chats, and cannot retrieve, reconstruct, or restore locally deleted history.
5.1. Users communicate with AI Characters through private text messages. Those messages are not visual depictions of performers, are not public adult visual material, and do not create performer identity records under the factual analysis in this Statement.
5.2. Aefia does not maintain a persistent server-side database, archive, application log, reverse-proxy log, analytics record, persistent cache, or backup containing ordinary User messages or generated conversation history. The persistent history shown in the chat interface is retained only in browser-local storage controlled by the User's browser and device. The Operator has no administrative chat viewer or conversation-search interface.
5.3. The current message and limited browser-supplied conversation context are transmitted and processed temporarily through Service infrastructure and an AI or model-infrastructure provider to generate and return a reply. Aefia does not persistently store the message or reply after the operational request is completed, and the Operator does not manually review the transient request. Separate provider processing and transient technical handling are described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy.
5.4. Deleting a conversation, deleting all history through the chat menu, clearing Aefia site data, using private browsing, changing browser profiles or devices, uninstalling the browser or PWA, resetting local storage, or applying browser cleanup settings may permanently remove locally stored conversation history. Aefia cannot retrieve, reconstruct, or restore that deleted history because Aefia has no persistent server-side copy.
5.5. Locally stored messages remain subject to the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, privacy obligations, and applicable law. Local storage does not authorize a User to submit prohibited content, another person's confidential information, unlawful intimate material, suspected child sexual abuse material, or other unlawful content.
- Storage location: The User's browser-local storage on the User's device.
- Persistent Aefia server chat archive: None for ordinary User messages and generated conversation history.
- Public visibility: Private chat messages are not automatically published, indexed, displayed to other Users, or converted into public character media.
- Operator access: The Operator has no administrative chat viewer, server archive, or conversation-search interface and does not access or manually review ordinary private chats. Chat text becomes visible to the Operator only when a User voluntarily copies and submits the text through an official text-only support, privacy, payment, reporting, or appeal channel.
- Cross-device recovery: Not provided. History is not synchronized or maintained as a persistent server-side Account archive.
- 2257 relevance: Private text chat and browser-local message history are not visual performer depictions, performer identity records, or evidence that an actual human performer participated.
6. No real performers, deepfakes, or real-person impersonation
6.1. No actual human being is used as the performer portrayed in Aefia's current public adult character media.
6.2. The Service does not offer identity-specific sexual deepfakes, celebrity deepfakes, face swaps, undressing, voice cloning, image-to-image transformation of a real person, or explicit impersonation of an identifiable real person.
6.3. A synthetic character may incidentally share generic traits with real persons. Similarity based only on common facial features, hairstyle, pose, clothing, body type, color palette, artistic style, or another generic element does not mean that Aefia intends to depict a particular person. Credible identity, likeness, privacy, publicity-rights, or other rights concerns will nevertheless be reviewed.
6.4. The Service does not present an AI Character as a real model, actor, creator, employee, therapist, representative, or person available for offline contact.
- No real-person performance: No human performer participates in the actual or simulated sexual conduct depicted in Aefia's public character media.
- No celebrity or performer product: Aefia does not provide official or explicit versions of celebrities, public figures, creators, models, or adult performers.
- No endorsement claim: No real person, studio, publisher, brand, or franchise is represented as sponsoring, approving, or participating in Aefia unless expressly and lawfully disclosed.
- No offline availability: AI Characters cannot meet Users, perform webcam services, receive gifts or cryptocurrency, or participate in real-world romantic, sexual, or commercial activity.
- Likeness reports: A person who believes that material identifies or unlawfully imitates them may submit a report through /feedback.
7. No user media uploads, generation, public posting, or performer onboarding
7.1. The current Service does not provide a feature for Users to upload files or media, publish, sell, share, or distribute images or videos, create public performer profiles, submit public AI Characters, operate public galleries, or generate images or videos.
7.2. User Input is limited to private text chat and text, URLs, identifiers, and other textual information submitted through official support, privacy, payment, and reporting forms. File, image, video, audio, and document uploads are not supported.
7.3. A private text prompt does not authorize a User to submit identity-specific source media, private images, unlawful intimate material, suspected child sexual abuse material, or another person's personal or confidential information.
7.4. Official forms must not be used to transmit unlawful intimate imagery or suspected child sexual abuse material. File uploads are unavailable. A reporter should provide an exact public URL and a textual description without downloading, reproducing, or redistributing the material.
- Public performer onboarding: Not offered. Aefia does not recruit or register real performers through the Service.
- Public adult-media uploads: Not offered. Users cannot use Aefia as an adult image host, tube site, file-sharing service, creator marketplace, or media-upload service.
- Public User characters: Not offered. Users interact only with AI Characters created in advance by the Operator and cannot create or submit public characters.
- User image or video generation: Not offered. The Service does not generate images or videos in response to User requests.
- Official forms: Text-only. Forms may accept URLs, transaction identifiers, Account or session references, and textual descriptions, but not file or media uploads.
- Private chat: Text-only User interaction stored locally in the User's browser and not automatically published.
- Advertisements and links: An independent advertiser or linked website is responsible for its own material and compliance. A concern involving an advertisement displayed on Aefia may be reported through /feedback.
8. Provenance, review, and future changes
8.1. Although performer identification records are not created for fictional AI Characters, the Operator may maintain reasonable non-performer production and provenance information concerning Operator-created public media to document the synthetic content model and investigate rights, age, identity, or safety concerns.
- Creation records: Original prompts, generation dates, project files, editing history, output versions, hashes, filenames, publication records, and other technical or creative records where reasonably available.
- Character records: Fictional names, biographies, stories, age classifications, visual direction, creation notes, and publication history.
- Rights and software records: Licenses and notices relating to software, fonts, icons, libraries, commissioned technical work, or other third-party components where applicable.
- Moderation and safety records: Character-age reviews, public-content restriction decisions, text-based content reports, appeals, and evidence relevant to child safety, real-person concerns, provenance, or prohibited-content enforcement. These records are not a persistent archive of ordinary User chats.
- Content review: The Operator may remove, replace, restrict, or further review material where its age presentation, synthetic origin, identity similarity, rights status, or legal status is uncertain.
- No substitution for performer records: Generation and provenance records are not represented as performer identification records under §§ 2257–2257A.
8.2. If any public material is later found to contain, derive from, or portray an actual human performer or identity-specific real-person source media contrary to this Statement, the affected material must be restricted pending a separate legal and compliance review.
8.3. Before introducing actual performers, identity-specific real-person source media, user media uploads, user-requested image or video generation, public creator accounts, performer onboarding, or a creator program, the Operator would need to evaluate and implement all applicable identity, age, consent, recordkeeping, inspection, labeling, privacy, copyright, employment, payment, tax, advertising, and local adult-content requirements.
8.4. A third-party advertisement or linked destination involving actual performers is not converted into synthetic content merely because it appears digitally or is displayed through Aefia. The relevant advertiser or provider remains responsible for its own performer, rights, and legal compliance, and the Operator may restrict or remove a campaign that cannot be adequately verified.
8.5. Credible copyright, likeness, privacy, impersonation, or illegal-content concerns are handled under the Copyright, DMCA, DSA and Illegal Content Policy at /copyright.
9. Reporting, updates, and contact
9.1. Report suspected underage or age-ambiguous content, child sexual abuse material, a real-person likeness, non-consensual intimate material, deepfake or impersonation, copyright infringement, or another content-origin concern through /feedback.
9.2. Identify the exact URL, AI Character, image, animation, video, advertisement, or other item and explain the concern using text only. If the concern involves private-chat text, voluntarily paste only the minimum relevant excerpt because Aefia cannot retrieve it from a chat archive. Provide only information reasonably necessary for review.
9.3. File and media uploads are not supported. Do not download, reproduce, redistribute, paste, encode, or otherwise transmit suspected child sexual abuse material or unlawful intimate imagery. Provide the exact public URL and a textual description. If there is immediate danger, contact the competent local emergency, law-enforcement, or child-protection authority.
9.4. Use /feedback for general questions about this Statement. An AI Character chat is not an official channel for a legal, safety, or compliance notice.
9.5. The Operator may update this Statement if the content model, production process, browser-storage architecture, user-input functionality, applicable law, official guidance, advertising requirements, or Service features change. The current version and Last updated date will be published on this page.
9.6. If a material statement on this page becomes inaccurate, affected content or functionality should be paused, restricted, or corrected where reasonably necessary until the statement, content, or compliance process is brought back into alignment.
