English version
This Acceptable Use, Age and Content Safety Policy (the “Policy”) governs access to and use of Aefia, an adults-only AI companion and entertainment service available at https://aefia.com. The Service provides private text-only interaction with pre-created fictional adult AI Characters and access to Operator-created synthetic character images and videos. Users cannot upload files or media, cannot publish or create public character profiles, galleries, images, videos, or other public media, and cannot generate images or videos through the current Service. Aefia does not maintain a persistent server-side archive of ordinary User messages or generated replies, and the Operator has no administrative chat viewer or conversation-search interface and does not access or manually review ordinary private chats. The current message and limited browser-supplied context are processed transiently by automated Service and AI-provider systems to apply safeguards and generate a text reply. The Operator can read chat text only when a User voluntarily copies and submits it through an official text-only support, privacy, payment, reporting, or appeal channel. This Policy applies to text prompts, messages, roleplay, feedback, Account and session activity, attempts to obtain or use generated text, text submitted through official forms, technical interactions, cryptocurrency-payment conduct, advertising activity, and any other use of the Service. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Scope, purpose, and definitions
1.1. The purpose of this Policy is to protect adults, minors, real persons, rights holders, advertisers, service providers, infrastructure, and the integrity of the Service while preserving space for lawful private romance, companionship, erotic roleplay, and fantasy involving clearly fictional adults.
1.2. A request or activity may violate this Policy based on its words, intended meaning, apparent age, relationship framing, context available to automated safeguards during the active request, requested continuation, attempted evasion, or reasonably foreseeable result. Replacing letters, using coded language, translation, euphemisms, fictional-law claims, roleplay framing, prompt injection, or another workaround does not make prohibited content permissible.
1.3. The Operator may apply a rule that is stricter than the minimum required by law where reasonably necessary for child safety, consent protection, real-person protection, intellectual-property protection, payment or advertising compliance, provider requirements, security, or operational risk.
1.4. The Service may refuse a request even where the subject is not expressly prohibited. A refusal may result from ambiguity, safety risk, provider limitations, legal uncertainty, technical constraints, quality controls, or the combination of otherwise neutral elements.
- AI Character: A pre-created software-generated fictional adult persona made available by the Operator. An AI Character is not a real person, does not possess consciousness or legal capacity, and cannot provide real-world consent, enter a contract, own money, arrange a meeting, communicate outside the Service, or participate in real-world sexual or commercial activity.
- Minor or underage person: Any actual or fictional person under 18, any person presented as below legal adulthood, or any person whose age is intentionally, materially, or reasonably ambiguous in a romantic, nude, fetish, or sexual context.
- Age-ambiguous content: Content in which appearance, body proportions, voice, biography, terminology, family role, school setting, clothing, behavior, dependency, or other contextual cues create reasonable uncertainty as to whether a person or character is an adult.
- Age Assurance: A proportionate method used to determine whether a User satisfies the applicable adult-age threshold. It may include age verification, age estimation, or another legally accepted method. A simple age declaration or ordinary age-gate click is not represented as sufficient where applicable law requires highly effective age assurance.
- Fictional consent: A clear portrayal that every fictional participant is an adult and voluntarily, knowingly, and revocably participates in the romantic or sexual scenario without force, threat, deception, incapacity, trafficking, blackmail, or abuse of authority.
- Real person: An identifiable living or deceased human being, including a private person, public figure, celebrity, creator, performer, employee, or person described or depicted in User Input.
- User Input: Private text messages, prompts, instructions, preferences, feedback, URLs, transaction identifiers, and other text submitted through official support, privacy, payment, or reporting forms. Users cannot upload files, images, videos, audio, documents, galleries, or other media and cannot generate images or videos through the current Service.
- Private Chat: A text-only interaction between a User and a pre-created fictional adult AI Character. Persistent conversation history is stored only in the User's browser. Aefia does not maintain a persistent server-side archive of ordinary private messages or generated replies.
- Transient Chat Processing: Temporary processing of the current message and limited browser-supplied conversation context through Service and AI-provider infrastructure solely to apply automated safeguards and generate and deliver the requested text reply. Transient processing does not create a persistent Aefia chat archive.
- Official Text Form: A support, privacy, payment, or reporting form that accepts text, URLs, references, and other textual evidence only. File and media uploads are not supported.
- Automated Means: Bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, macros, bulk tools, automated Accounts, or other software-controlled access, excluding ordinary browser functions and reasonable assistive technologies that do not circumvent Service controls.
- Prohibited Content or Conduct: Any request, attempted generation, use, activity, submission, or material prohibited by this Policy, the Terms of Service, another incorporated policy, applicable law, or a binding provider or advertising requirement.
2. Adults-only eligibility and age safety
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of legal majority, satisfy any higher local age requirement for adult content, have legal capacity to accept the Terms, and may lawfully access adult services in your jurisdiction.
2.1. You must not access or attempt to access the Service if you are a minor; allow a minor to use your Account, device, or active session; share adult Service Content with a minor; or help a minor bypass an age gate, Account restriction, parental control, geographic restriction, or other protective measure.
2.2. You must not misrepresent your age, identity, eligibility, or location to obtain access. The Operator may require age confirmation, a legally appropriate third-party age-assurance check, or additional access, device, session, or geographic controls where reasonably necessary or legally required. Refusing or failing a required check may result in adult content or the Service being unavailable.
2.3. Every AI Character made available in an adult context is created and presented as a fictional adult. You must not request, imply, reinterpret, age-regress, or attempt to transform an AI Character or another participant into a minor or age-ambiguous person.
- No romantic, nude, fetish, grooming, exploitative, or sexual content involving an actual, fictional, illustrated, animated, AI-generated, or roleplayed minor.
- No age regression, age-play involving a child role, “adult pretending to be a child,” or scenario that sexualizes childhood, infancy, puberty, guardianship, dependency, or underage vulnerability.
- No youth-coded sexual framing, including schoolchild presentation, childlike speech or behavior, minor family roles, undeveloped physical presentation, or labels that create uncertainty about adulthood.
- No request to make an adult character appear younger, smaller, less developed, childlike, pre-adult, or otherwise visually or contextually underage.
- No romantic or sexual content involving a person whose age is unknown, disputed, concealed, inconsistent, or insufficiently clear.
- No youth-focused terms in a romantic or sexual context where they emphasize or create underage appearance, status, or ambiguity, even if another part of the request states an adult age.
- No attempt to bypass age-safety controls through misspelling, coded language, translation, fictional-law claims, time travel, reincarnation, fantasy species, or another device.
2.4. A statement that a character is “18+” does not make content permissible where visual, narrative, relational, or behavioral cues otherwise present the character as a child or age-ambiguous person.
2.5. The Operator may block or remove content whenever adult status cannot be established with sufficient confidence. Child-safety uncertainty is resolved in favor of protection.
2.6. Where applicable law requires highly effective age assurance before a User may encounter pornographic content, an ordinary self-declaration, date-of-birth field, or age-gate click is not treated as sufficient by itself. Adult content must remain inaccessible until the required qualifying check is completed, or access from the affected jurisdiction must remain unavailable. Any age-assurance provider and related personal-data processing must be disclosed in the Privacy Policy before that processing begins.
3. Service model and permitted adult use
3.1. Subject to this Policy, the Service may be used for private entertainment, companionship, romance, flirtation, lawful explicit conversation, consensual adult roleplay, and fictional fantasy involving clearly adult AI Characters.
3.2. The Service's public AI Character identities, names, biographies, personalities, stories, visual direction, images, and videos are created in advance by the Operator specifically for Aefia. Users communicate with those characters only through private text chat. Users cannot create public characters, upload files or media, publish public content, or generate images or videos through the current Service.
3.3. Lawful adult fantasy is not prohibited merely because it is explicit, unconventional, fictional, or involves consensual adult power exchange. Adult status, fictional status, and fictional consent must remain clear throughout the scenario, and the request must not include or materially lead to a prohibited category.
- Text-only User interaction: Users may submit private text prompts and receive generated text replies. Image generation, video generation, file uploads, media uploads, public posting, and public character creation are not available.
- Consensual fictional adults: Romantic and sexual scenarios may involve only fictional adults who are clearly portrayed as voluntarily participating and able to stop or change the interaction.
- Consensual adult power exchange: Consensual adult BDSM or power-exchange themes are not prohibited solely because they involve dominance, submission, restraint, role-based authority, or negotiated intensity, provided fictional consent remains clear and the scenario does not involve coercion, incapacity, trafficking, blackmail, severe injury, or another prohibited category.
- Adult humanoid fantasy characters: A fictional adult humanoid character is not prohibited solely because the character has supernatural, robotic, alien, animal-inspired, or other non-human traits, provided the character is clearly adult, human-like in intelligence and agency, capable of fictional consent, and not presented as an animal or minor.
- Education, prevention, and support: Good-faith discussion of consent, abuse prevention, recovery, health, safety, law, news, or education is not prohibited merely because it mentions a restricted subject, provided it does not eroticize, endorse, operationalize, or recreate prohibited conduct.
- Fiction is not real-world authorization: A fictional conversation does not authorize real-world conduct, contact, surveillance, payment, impersonation, sexual services, or exploitation involving another person.
- No guaranteed output: Permitted subject matter does not create a right to a particular reply, memory, character behavior, media item, or result. The Service may refuse, redirect, limit, truncate, or modify a request.
4. Prohibited sexual, exploitative, and non-consensual content
4.1. The following content is prohibited whether requested as private text, roleplay, a continuation, hypothetical, joke, translation, fantasy, fictional legal system, or attempt to test or evade safeguards:
- Minors and age ambiguity: Any romanticization, sexualization, grooming, exploitation, nudity, fetishization, or sexual conduct involving a minor or age-ambiguous person, including fictional, illustrated, animated, roleplayed, or AI-generated depictions.
- Incest and family-role sexualization: Romantic or sexual conduct between close family members or persons framed as parent and child, siblings, grandparents and descendants, or comparable biological, adoptive, foster, guardianship, step-family, or family-equivalent relationships.
- Rape, sexual assault, and coercion: Rape, forced sexual conduct, sexual assault, coercion, extortion, blackmail, trafficking, sexual slavery, exploitation, abuse of authority, or any sexual act where fictional consent is absent, overridden, obtained through threat or deception, or not freely revocable.
- Incapacity, sleep, and intoxication: Sexual activity involving a sleeping, unconscious, severely intoxicated, drugged, cognitively incapable, restrained-without-consent, or otherwise unable-to-consent participant.
- Non-consensual intimate material: Revenge pornography, voyeuristic or hidden-camera sexual material, sexual deepfakes, face swaps, undressing, or intimate content created, requested, described for distribution, or used without the identifiable person’s valid consent.
- Animals and bestiality: Sexual content involving a real animal or a being presented as an ordinary animal, pet, livestock, or creature incapable of adult human-like agency and consent. This does not by itself prohibit a clearly adult humanoid fantasy character satisfying Section 3.
- Necrophilia: Sexual activity involving a dead body, corpse, or participant presented as dead and incapable of consent.
- Sexual exploitation and unlawful commercial activity: Sex trafficking, forced prostitution, sexual blackmail, recruitment for exploitation, exchange or sale of a person, or facilitation of unlawful real-world sexual services.
- Sexualized extreme violence: Sexualized torture, mutilation, dismemberment, killing, snuff, severe injury, graphic gore, blood-focused sexual content, cannibalism, or conduct intended to cause extreme physical harm.
- Sexualized self-harm and dangerous conduct: Erotic encouragement, instruction, optimization, glorification, or roleplay involving suicide, self-mutilation, eating-disorder harm, dangerous choking, poisoning, or another serious self-injury.
- Sexualized bodily waste: Sexual content focused on feces, urine, vomit, scatological acts, urination, or comparable bodily waste.
- Other unlawful or provider-prohibited sexual content: Any sexual content, solicitation, product, service, or conduct that is unlawful in an applicable jurisdiction or prohibited by a binding AI, hosting, payment, or advertising requirement.
4.2. The Operator may block a request where the combination of otherwise neutral elements reasonably indicates an attempt to obtain prohibited sexual content.
4.3. A User must not save, export, redistribute, quote out of context, or otherwise use an accidental or unexpected AI reply to promote, normalize, or facilitate prohibited content.
5. Real persons, privacy, identity, and intellectual property
5.1. The Service is designed for original fictional AI Characters. You must not use it to create, request, facilitate, or distribute sexual, intimate, defamatory, deceptive, exploitative, or rights-infringing content about an identifiable real person.
- No real-person sexualization: Do not sexualize, undress, fetishize, impersonate, or create explicit scenarios involving a real person, including a private person, public figure, celebrity, creator, or performer. Public availability of a name, image, voice, or biography is not consent.
- No deepfakes or identity substitution: Do not request or facilitate face swaps, voice cloning, identity replacement, realistic impersonation, or deceptive presentation suggesting that a real person created, approved, performed in, or endorsed content.
- No private or sensitive information: Do not submit another person's private messages, intimate information, precise address, phone number, email, government identifier, financial data, medical information, credentials, or other personal data without lawful authority and necessity. File and media uploads are not supported.
- No doxxing, stalking, or blackmail: Do not use the Service to identify, locate, monitor, track, threaten, harass, expose, extort, blackmail, or facilitate harm against a real person.
- No deceptive affiliation: Do not represent an AI Character as a real human, employee, therapist, model, performer, representative, or agent, or falsely claim affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement by a person, brand, platform, studio, or rights holder.
- No protected-character or brand imitation that infringes rights: Do not request reproduction, cloning, or deceptive imitation of a protected character, franchise, brand, work, creator, or distinctive protected expression in a manner that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights.
- No stolen, confidential, or paywalled material: Do not submit or request unauthorized copies of private, leaked, stolen, confidential, subscription-only, paywalled, or unlawfully obtained material, including material taken from creator platforms, private accounts, or restricted communications.
- No offline sexual or commercial arrangements: Do not use the Service to arrange escort services, prostitution, trafficking, webcam services, sugar dating, sexual meetups, recruitment, employment, gifts, loans, investments, or transfers involving an AI Character or another person.
- No credential or contact exchange: Do not ask an AI Character for real contact information, payment credentials, wallet secrets, or offline availability as if the AI Character were a real person. AI Characters cannot receive money or communicate outside the Service.
5.2. If you believe material associated with the Service unlawfully uses your identity, likeness, voice, personal data, intimate material, copyright, trademark, or other right, submit a report through /feedback under the Copyright and Illegal Content Policy at /copyright.
6. Illegal, dangerous, abusive, and harmful conduct
6.1. You must not use the Service to plan, facilitate, instruct, promote, recruit for, conceal, optimize, or materially assist unlawful or seriously harmful conduct.
- Violence and threats: Credible threats, targeted violence, murder, kidnapping, torture, violent abuse, or instructions that materially enable serious physical harm.
- Weapons and explosives: Instructions to unlawfully acquire, manufacture, modify, conceal, or use firearms, explosives, incendiary devices, poisons, or other instruments to harm persons or property.
- Illegal drugs and poisoning: Manufacture, distribution, trafficking, concealment, or harmful administration of illegal drugs, poisons, or controlled substances. High-level discussion of health, recovery, law, or harm reduction is not prohibited merely because drugs are mentioned.
- Hacking, malware, and credential theft: Malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, Account takeover, exploit development for unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, evasion of security controls, or theft of data or computing resources.
- Fraud and financial crime: Scams, identity theft, forged documents, cryptocurrency or payment fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, deceptive investment activity, or instructions to conceal criminal proceeds.
- Terrorism and violent extremism: Praise, recruitment, propaganda, operational assistance, financing, or material support for terrorism or violent extremist organizations or acts.
- Hate and discriminatory abuse: Content that promotes or incites violence, dehumanization, exclusion, or serious harassment against a person or group based on a protected characteristic. Good-faith counterspeech, education, criticism, or documentation is not prohibited merely because hateful material is referenced.
- Harassment and exploitation: Targeted harassment, intimidation, extortion, coercive control, stalking, trafficking, exploitation of vulnerability, or manipulation intended to cause material harm.
- Self-harm and eating-disorder encouragement: Instructions, challenges, encouragement, optimization, or glorification of suicide, self-injury, starvation, purging, or another serious self-harm behavior. Supportive, preventive, or recovery-oriented discussion is permitted.
- Abuse of legal, privacy, or safety processes: False emergency reports, fabricated evidence, malicious copyright or illegal-content notices, impersonation of authorities, false privacy requests, or use of reporting tools to harass, doxx, extort, or suppress lawful activity.
6.2. The Service may refuse assistance where a request presents a material risk of enabling unlawful or seriously harmful conduct even if the User describes the purpose as educational, fictional, research, journalistic, or defensive.
6.3. The Service is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, or crisis-response service. If there is an immediate danger to a person, contact the competent local emergency or crisis service.
7. Accounts, automation, security, and cryptocurrency payment abuse
7.1. You must access the Service only through interfaces and methods made available or authorized by the Operator and must not interfere with security, limits, availability, payment reconciliation, advertising, or another User.
- Unauthorized automation: Do not use Automated Means to create Accounts, generate messages, harvest outputs, interact with forms, consume resources, or access the Service at scale without written authorization.
- Scraping and bulk extraction: Do not crawl, scrape, mirror, archive, bulk-download, export, index, or systematically collect AI Characters, prompts, outputs, images, videos, metadata, Account information, or Service data except through an expressly authorized feature.
- Model, prompt, and system extraction: Do not attempt to obtain system prompts, hidden instructions, model weights, routing logic, safety rules, source code, secrets, internal APIs, or non-public datasets through prompt injection, reverse engineering, side channels, or other means.
- Bypassing limits and access controls: Do not evade paywalls, rate limits, message limits, geographic controls, age controls, moderation, suspensions, bans, consent choices, or security checks by using multiple Accounts, sessions, devices, proxies, false identities, or technical manipulation. Use of an ordinary VPN or privacy tool is not itself prohibited unless used to evade a specific lawful or contractual restriction.
- Security attacks: Do not probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, inject malicious code into, interfere with, or obtain unauthorized access to the Service, another Account, infrastructure, provider, or data.
- Account abuse: Do not sell, rent, transfer, share, farm, or broker Accounts or Paid Access; create deceptive Accounts; impersonate another person; or use compromised credentials.
- Cryptocurrency payment abuse: Do not use stolen or unauthorized funds, submit a false transaction hash or altered payment evidence, manipulate an invoice or payment status, attempt a double spend, seek duplicate access or recovery for one transaction, provide a deceptive refund address, exploit reconciliation errors, or use the Service to evade sanctions or financial controls.
- Wallet and credential safety: Do not submit a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, exchange password, one-time authentication code, or complete payment credential to an AI Character or ordinary form. The Operator does not require those secrets.
- Unauthorized commercial use: Do not resell access, operate a competing service through the Service, provide outputs as a bulk commercial feed, or use Service Content to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or evaluate another model or dataset without written authorization.
- Accessibility exception: Reasonable assistive technologies are permitted where they do not circumvent access controls, create excessive traffic, extract content in bulk, or interfere with security or other Users.
- Responsible security reports: Do not publicly disclose, sell, threaten to exploit, or exploit a suspected vulnerability. Report it through /feedback with enough information to investigate and avoid accessing, changing, or retaining unnecessary personal data.
8. Advertising integrity and interface safety
8.1. The Service may display advertisements supplied by TrafficStars or another advertising partner to support free access. Users, operators of automated tools, partners, and any person acting on their behalf must not manipulate advertising delivery, consent, measurement, traffic quality, or revenue.
- No artificial impressions or clicks: Do not use bots, scripts, refresh tools, hidden frames, click farms, automated browsers, repeated self-clicking, coordinated clicking, or another method intended to inflate impressions, clicks, viewability, conversions, or revenue.
- No incentives or forced interaction: Do not require, reward, pressure, trick, or mislead another person into viewing or clicking an advertisement, and do not represent an advertisement click as necessary to access ordinary Service content.
- No ad or consent interference: Do not alter advertising tags, consent signals, vendor choices, referrers, zone identifiers, measurement data, auction data, or ad destinations, or attempt to load optional advertising technologies contrary to a User’s valid privacy choice.
- No deceptive ad imitation: Do not create or manipulate content so that an advertisement appears to be an AI Character message, private chat invitation, system warning, download button, video control, notification, or ordinary Service function.
- No forced redirects or clickjacking: Do not cause unauthorized redirects, pop-ups, pop-unders, clickjacking, invisible overlays, back-button interference, deceptive close buttons, or other misleading navigation.
- Ad blockers: Using an ordinary ad blocker for personal browsing is not itself prohibited by this Policy. Manipulating the Service, bypassing Paid Access, falsifying consent or traffic signals, or interfering with another User remains prohibited.
- Report harmful advertisements: A suspected illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unsafe advertisement may be reported through /feedback. Identify the Aefia page, landing URL, advertiser or brand, approximate date and time, country, device or browser, ad format where known, and a textual description of the advertisement. File and screenshot uploads are not supported.
8.2. Advertising must remain distinguishable from AI Character messages and ordinary Service Content. The Operator may block categories, advertisers, campaigns, formats, or destinations that create a legal, safety, privacy, security, advertising-quality, or interface risk.
8.3. An advertisement or destination website is operated by an independent party. Users must not provide wallet secrets, credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information to an advertiser and should report suspected phishing, malware, forced redirects, or deceptive offers.
9. Moderation, enforcement, and appeals
9.1. The Service may use automated filters, classifiers, pattern detection, rate limits, and AI-provider controls to evaluate the current request transiently and refuse or limit prohibited content. Aefia does not maintain a persistent server-side archive of ordinary private chats, and the Operator has no administrative chat viewer or conversation-search interface and does not access or manually review ordinary User messages or generated replies. Manual review is limited to text and evidence that a User voluntarily submits through an Official Text Form and to non-chat Account, payment, advertising, consent, or security records. A provider, security, legal, or safety investigation does not give the Operator access to ordinary chat content that Aefia does not possess.
9.2. An unexpected or unsolicited AI reply does not by itself establish that a User intended to violate this Policy. Automated safeguards may consider the current prompt and limited active context during transient processing. A later enforcement decision may consider only reasonably available evidence, such as repeated blocked attempts, Account or session signals, technical metadata that does not contain a persistent message archive, prior warnings, payment or advertising abuse records, or text voluntarily supplied by the User in a report or appeal.
9.3. Depending on severity, context, repetition, intent, risk, and applicable law, the Operator may:
- Refuse, redirect, truncate, filter, or modify the current request or generated text reply.
- Display a warning or require renewed age, safety, security, authentication, or consent confirmation.
- Restrict access to a feature, AI Character, pre-created media item, advertisement, Account, session, device, network, or location.
- Apply message, generation, rate, device, session, geographic, payment, advertising, or security controls.
- Suspend or terminate an Account, session, Paid Access, integration, or access from a device, network, or location.
- Invalidate improperly obtained access, credits, benefits, or refunds.
- Preserve Official Text Form submissions, text excerpts voluntarily supplied by a User, non-chat technical and security metadata, reports, consent records, payment records, advertising-incident records, and transaction records where reasonably necessary and lawful. Aefia does not preserve ordinary prompts or generated replies as a persistent chat archive.
- Notify or cooperate with a hosting provider, AI provider, payment provider, advertising partner, rights holder, regulator, court, law-enforcement body, emergency service, or child-protection authority where legally required or reasonably necessary to address serious harm.
- Take another proportionate action permitted by the Terms of Service, incorporated policies, provider requirements, advertising obligations, or applicable law.
9.4. Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where delay could create a child-safety, non-consensual-content, violence, fraud, security, rights, legal, payment, advertising, or infrastructure risk. In other cases, the Operator may provide notice, an explanation, an opportunity to cure, or a review mechanism where reasonably practicable and legally appropriate. Aefia's inability to retrieve an ordinary private-chat archive may limit the evidence available for later review.
9.5. A restriction caused by a User’s material breach does not create a right to compensation, extension, credit, or refund except where the Payments and Refunds Policy at /payments-refunds or mandatory law requires a remedy.
9.6. An affected User may request reconsideration through /feedback by selecting the appeal option and providing the relevant Account, report, payment, advertisement, or decision reference, a clear textual explanation, and any material new textual evidence. If the appeal concerns a private chat, the User may voluntarily paste only the minimum relevant excerpt because Aefia does not possess a server-side chat archive. An appeal does not automatically suspend enforcement or guarantee reversal.
9.7. The Operator may decline repetitive, abusive, fraudulent, or previously resolved appeals that contain no material new information, without limiting any mandatory legal remedy.
10. Reporting, emergencies, related documents, and policy changes
10.1. Report copyright, illegal-content, child-safety, non-consensual intimate-content, real-person, impersonation, privacy, advertisement, or serious safety concerns through /feedback. Use /feedback for general support, responsible security reports, Account questions, and technical or cryptocurrency-payment issues. Official channels accept text only.
10.2. A report should identify the exact URL, AI Character, Aefia page, locally visible date or time, advertisement, feature, Account or session reference, transaction, or other location; explain the concern; state the relevant right or safety issue where known; and provide only the minimum textual evidence reasonably necessary for review. If the report concerns private chat, the User may voluntarily paste a limited relevant excerpt. That submitted excerpt becomes part of the report record; Aefia does not retrieve it from a chat archive.
10.3. File and media uploads are not supported. Do not paste, encode, link directly to for redistribution, or otherwise submit suspected child sexual abuse material, unlawful intimate imagery, passwords, authentication codes, private keys, seed phrases, complete payment credentials, or unnecessary government identity documents. For suspected illegal visual material, provide the exact public URL and a textual description without downloading or reproducing the material.
10.4. If there is an immediate danger to a person, contact the competent local emergency, law-enforcement, crisis, or child-protection authority. A Service report and an AI Character conversation are not substitutes for emergency assistance.
10.5. Do not submit an official report through an AI Character chat. An AI-generated reply is not an acknowledgment, decision, or legal response.
10.6. The Operator may update this Policy for legal, safety, security, payment, advertising, provider, technical, or product reasons. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. A material change will not retroactively convert previously permitted conduct into a past violation.
